Well, that was chaotic (dusts self off, surveys the damage). Christmas in England again this year was fantastic: wonderful family, gorgeous scenery, amazing food. The weeks leading up to it, however were intense. The week after coming home: just as intense. Flying can wreak havoc on your body between the stress of prepping and packing, dealing with airport chaos, flying fears, recirculated air and jet lag.
